You don’t have to be in our office to be in line. Get in line virtually from anywhere and we’ll send you text messages estimating the time at which you’ll be seen. We’ll also let you know when you’re next in line.

Customers who get in line with QLess will be seen at or near their estimated time; appointments are given priority. We serve customers from 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Lines may close early if we are at capacity. Appointments are required for driver license services. Estimated wait times may change between the time you access this information and visit an office. Actual wait times for title and driver license services are typically longer than other services.
