- Drive through service available.
- After hours drop boxes located in drive through and at Palafox entrance.
- Visitor parking available in Baylen Street parking garage at the corner of Baylen and Intendencia streets
- VIN Inspection parking available in Baylen Street parking garage and parking bays in front of office on Palafox Place.
- NOTE: No fingerprinting, or non-US citizen services offered at the Downtown office.
