When you join the line you will be helped in the order in which you joined. Please carefully choose your queue to avoid additional delays.

Once you have “Joined the Line,” you will receive a text message with an approximate wait time. You do not have to wait at the office during this time. Updates will be provided as your turn approaches. Arrive just in time to check in for entrance to the lobby. Once in the lobby, you may have an additional wait as agents are helping other customers. Once in the lobby, you will be called by name, not by text.
