Military Registration Renewal

For non-resident military stationed in Florida, you will need:

1. Proof of Florida insurance (binder, card, policy, declarations page
2. Military Orders showing Florida as your duty station (submit a copy)

For Florida resident military personnel stationed outside of Florida pursuant to military orders, you will need:

1. Military Insurance Affidavit PDF (available through the portal below or found here)
2. Copy of Insurance Card (may be a state other than Florida)
3. Military Orders (submit a copy)
