Please submit any required paperwork to ECTCSkills@EscambiaTaxCollector.com at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you are under the age of 18, the Certification of Driving Experience of a Minor form must be provided.
If you are changing your address, 2 separate proofs of residential address must be provided.

There will be no refunds for missed appointments. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of service fee.
