You can apply for an original, renewal, duplicate, or replacement concealed weapon license (CWL) at our Brentwood, Warrington and Molino offices.

Schedule an appointment at our Brentwood, Warrington, or Molino offices using QLess

The Concealed Weapon Intake System (CWIS) provides an opportunity for you to complete and submit your application in person at our office. New applications will be submitted to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for final approval. The statutory turnaround time for this process is within 90 days. Renewal transactions can be printed in the office the same day upon successful submission of the renewal application.

Licensees who are not Florida residents or who need to submit documentation of a name change will not be eligible to receive their renewed Concealed Weapon License on site. The applications still can be submitted through our office, but FDACS will print and mail the new license.

At the time of your appointment, you will be directed to a computer station where you will complete an electronic version of the application. Staff will ensure the steps to submit the application to the Department of Agriculture are completed, scan your fingerprints, capture your photograph and process your payment (a small convenience fee applies).

NOTE: When you complete your application, you will be asked to swear and affirm that you have been furnished an electronic copy of Chapter 790, Florida Statutes, and that you are knowledgeable of the provisions contained in that section of law. Please read and review Chapter 790 prior to your appointment.
